Production & Ordering

We work closely with our manufacturing partners to ensure every pair of SOX meets our quality standards — from sampling through to delivery.

Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about production, samples, shipping, and timelines.

Deposits & Payment

To begin production, we require a 50% deposit.
The remaining 50% balance is paid prior to shipment.

This allows us to secure materials and start manufacturing immediately.

Samples

Yes — samples are available before bulk production.

  • Sample cost: £25 per design (to be discussed prior to project) 
  • Includes multiple pairs for quality checking and content creation

Samples are perfect for testing fit, reviewing materials, and capturing product photos for pre-orders or social media.

Shipping & Tracking

We ship worldwide using trusted couriers including:

  • DHL
  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • Royal Mail

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor delivery in real time.

Design Protection

Your designs are yours — always.

We take confidentiality seriously and provide privacy agreements to ensure:

  • Your artwork remains exclusive
  • Pricing stays private
  • Order details are never shared

Your information is kept secure and will never be disclosed to third parties.

Packaging Options

We offer multiple packaging formats:

All packaging can be customised with your branding, website, Instagram handle, and care instructions — helping customers connect with your brand from first touch.

Production Timeline

Standard production time is 14–28 days, depending on design complexity and order volume.

This includes:

  • Material sourcing
  • Machine setup
  • Knitting
  • Toe closing
  • Shaping
  • Quality control
  • Packing
